Formed by three siblings, a cousin and two friends, Kirks & Company are a six-piece folk-rock band based in Sydney’s Inner West. The group blends the traditional music of the Kirk's Irish heritage with lush vocal harmonies, multi-layered arrangements and epic industrial atmospheres, crafting poetic ballads of spiritual exploration and psychological angst. From its embryonic phases on the regional folk festival circuit to the present day, the band’s unique, cinematic sound and thoughtful lyricism have captivated audiences and won the group a loyal following of true believers.
